What a great way to extend your home with an enclosed Sunroom!
This property had a nice big block but with little area to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The client trusted in us to design a structure from the ground up to best suit their needs and their BAL 40 fire rating. A similar structure would be perfect for any property located near the lush rainforest or bush areas commonly found in the Illawarra and Sutherland Shire areas South of Sydney.
We laid a 100mm thick engineered slab with termite protection, and built the exterior structure out of premium powder coated Aluminium frame in the colour monument. We also installed commercial grade fixed sliding doors and bi-fold doors with 100mm insulated panel for the roof.
Tiling, plumbing and electrical work was also carried out to finish off this beauty. The outdoor semi enclosed section is for an undercover BBQ area so the client can enjoy cooking for friends and family all year round, whatever the weather! A great way to simply seek shelter from the elements or even the coastal breeze anywhere from Wollongong to Cronulla.
