This property at Horsely, which is located in the Illawarra south of Wollongong- right by Dapto, Kanahooka, Berkeley and Wongawilly- had an existing structure which the client wanted to replace to help modernise the area. Using the Stratco Cooldek Insulated Panels we created a space that was perfect for all conditions, all year round. The client requested extra height to this pergola but didn’t want to go through the house roof, so using Riser Brackets this was achievable. With a gap between the gutter and the roof of the pergola using Twinwall Polycarbonate Sheets, we enclosed this area to make it waterproof. Add some downlights and you have yourself a spectacular outdoor living area day and night.
