What a fabulous project this was! This beautiful home at Flinders which is located in the South Coast right by Blackbutt, Shellharbour, Shell Cove, Barrack Heights and Oak Flats had an amazing outlook over the hills in this stunning Illawarra location, all that was needed was an outdoor space to sit and enjoy the view! There was a preexisting deck the client had built himself, but he entrusted us to build the perfect addition to his outdoor project.
Using the Stratco Frame in the modern colour of Woodland Grey, we attached the structure from the brick wall on the higher side and on the lower side we installed Riser Brackets to give the same height. We then filled in the area with Twin Wall Polycarbonate to give the weather protection it needed and also a sleek look. Using the Stratco Cooldek 150mm core Insulated Roof Panel for the large span area, this pergola will certainly help to keep things cool under the hot summer sun. The colour of the insulated panel is smooth off white. Installing 16 downlights specifically designed for an insulated panel gave this the ultimate finishing touch.
